Rules & Regs Are Not Always Black & White.

By-Laws and House Rules are important in a Cooperative Community. These governing documents set the standard and keep the communal living environment safe and orderly. Just like the laws of the United States, when the methods of enforcement are questioned, the board must properly interpret these governing documents for the betterment of the community.
